1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeamLodgr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of TeamLodgr, including group organizers and team members who access shared booking links.

2. Description of Service

TeamLodgr is a group hotel search and coordination platform that allows sports teams, event organizers, and other groups to:

• Search hotel availability across multiple booking platforms.
• Generate shareable links for group hotel bookings.
• Receive and share availability alerts with team members.

TeamLodgr is a search and coordination tool only. We are not a hotel booking agent or travel agency. We do not take reservations, process payments, or manage hotel inventory.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use TeamLodgr only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to conduct fraud, misrepresentation, or any illegal activity.
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).
• Impersonate another person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these Terms.

4. Third-Party Booking Platforms — No Liability

TeamLodgr is not responsible for:

• The accuracy, availability, or pricing of hotel listings shown through our search results.
• The outcome of any booking made on a third-party platform, including cancellations, overbookings, billing errors, or disputes.
• Changes in hotel availability, pricing, or policies after a booking is made.
• Any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of a third-party booking service.
• The privacy practices, terms, or policies of any third-party booking platform.

Your relationship with third-party booking platforms is governed entirely by their own terms and conditions. We encourage you to review those terms before making any booking.

5. Affiliate Relationships

TeamLodgr participates in affiliate programs with certain hotel booking platforms. This means that when you click a booking link on TeamLodgr and complete a hotel reservation, we may receive a commission or referral fee from the booking platform at no additional cost to you.

These affiliate relationships do not influence the hotel search results or rankings displayed on our platform. Our goal is always to show you the most relevant and best-priced options for your group.

We are committed to transparency about these relationships in compliance with applicable advertising disclosure requirements.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information displayed on TeamLodgr is accurate. However, hotel prices, availability, ratings, and amenities are sourced from third-party APIs in real time and may not always reflect current conditions. TeamLodgr makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on TeamLodgr — including but not limited to the TeamLodgr name, logo, design, text, code, and graphics — is the property of TeamLodgr and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the Service without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service.
• Use the TeamLodgr name, logo, or branding without express written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. TeamLodgr disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeamLodgr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, as TeamLodgr is currently free to use, is zero dollars).

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nova Scotia, Canada.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
