• Search data: Destination city, check-in and check-out dates, and number of rooms entered in our search form.
• Email address: If you voluntarily subscribe to availability alerts, we collect your email address.
• Name: If you provide your name as a group organizer or team member.
• Browser push tokens: If you opt in to browser push notifications for availability alerts.
• Usage data: Standard web analytics including pages visited, referrer, browser type, and IP address (collected by our hosting and analytics providers).

We do not collect payment information. All hotel bookings are completed directly on third-party booking platforms.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Search and display hotel availability relevant to your group's needs.
• Generate and manage shareable group booking links.
• Send you availability alerts and notifications you have subscribed to.
• Improve the performance and reliability of our service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

TeamLodgr integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• RapidAPI / Hotel Search APIs: We use RapidAPI to query hotel availability from providers including Booking.com, Expedia, Kayak, and others. Your search parameters (city, dates, rooms) are transmitted to these APIs. See RapidAPI's Privacy Policy.
• Booking.com and other booking platforms: When you click to book a hotel, you are redirected to the booking platform's own website. TeamLodgr may earn an affiliate commission on completed bookings. Your booking details and payment information are handled entirely by those platforms under their own privacy policies.
• Supabase: We use Supabase for our backend database and infrastructure. Group booking data, team member emails, and alert subscriptions are stored securely in Supabase-managed databases. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel: Our site is hosted on Vercel, which may collect standard server logs including IP addresses. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services:

• Search data is not permanently stored unless a group booking link is created.
• Group booking records and associated team member information are retained for up to 12 months after the checkout date, then deleted.
• Email addresses for alert subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data.
• Withdrawal of consent: Unsubscribe from alerts at any time by contacting us.
• Opt-out of communications: Click the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
